Teaching with a strong emphasis on inversions and arm balances, Lauren’s vinyasa style yoga classes will challenge and nourish you, providing opportunities for expansive growth. She uses the confidence, playfulness, fear and excitement that inversions and arm balances can offer to cultivate transformation on and off the mat.

With no athletic background whatsoever and far from being considered flexible, she found herself attracted to the practice for its physical, mental and spiritual benefits. She started her yoga journey in 2011, eventually leading her to complete the 200 HR Vinyasa Yoga Alliance Teaching Program through Inner Evolution Yoga in 2016. Always a student, Lauren often travels to yoga festivals and workshops to continue learning and evolving in her own practice.


Lauren has a passion for health and well-being. In addition to yoga, she is also a Pure Barre instructor in Rancho Cucamonga. She loves the fast-pace style and high energy this work out offers and is often taking class when she isn't teaching. Integrating both her yoga and barre backgrounds into each class uniquely creates discipline, presence and playfulness for her students.


Moving and feeling good in the body everyday is important, and what goes into and onto the body play a big role. In her free time you will often see her reading and posting about nourishing beauty products, healthy recipes and newly discovered health-food products.
